Dittos Office Services has been serving Kelowna for over 30 years. We take pride in our craft and our team. We're currently looking for two skilled production specialists to grow with us.

Large Format Production Specialist & Installer

Full-TimeKelowna, BC

We're looking for an experienced large format production specialist who can operate wide-format printers, finish and laminate output, and install signage and vinyl graphics on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain large format inkjet printers (HP Latex Printers)
  • Prepare and RIP print files for production using software such as Onyx
  • Perform lamination, mounting, and finishing of printed materials
  • Install vinyl graphics, banners, window graphics, and vehicle wraps
  • Conduct site visits and measure installation areas prior to production
  • Ensure colour accuracy and quality control on all output
  • Maintain equipment and perform routine cleaning and calibration
  • Communicate with clients and the design team on job specifications

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience operating large format printers
  • Hands-on vinyl installation experience (vehicle wraps an asset)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW
  • Strong attention to detail and colour accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs simultaneously
  • Valid BC driver's licence (installation work requires travel)
  • Physical ability to lift and handle large substrates and equipment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with vehicle wrap installation
  • Knowledge of sign-making and substrate materials
  • Familiarity with Flexi or similar RIP software

Digital Printing Production Specialist

Full-TimeKelowna, BC

We're seeking a detail-oriented digital production specialist to operate our digital print equipment, manage job queues, and ensure every piece that leaves our shop meets the Dittos standard.

Responsibilities

  • Operate digital production printers including colour laser and high-volume copiers
  • Manage and prioritise daily print job queues for on-time delivery
  • Prepare print-ready files and perform preflight checks
  • Perform colour calibration and quality control on all digital output
  • Operate finishing equipment including cutters, folders, and binding machines
  • Assist with estimating material usage and managing paper and consumable stock
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff on job specifications and client requirements
  • Maintain equipment logs and flag service needs proactively

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a digital print production environment
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with digital front-end software (AccurioPro Flux)
  • Strong understanding of print production workflows and file preparation
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Team player with clear communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with variable data printing
  • Knowledge of paper stocks, coatings, and finishing options
  • Graphic design background is an asset
